JOB TITLE: Chinese Dance Choreographer
JOB DESCRIPTION: Read and study story lines and musical scores to determine how to translate ideas and moods into dance movements; choose the music, sound effects, or spoken narrative to accompany Chinese classic dance; teach students Chinese classic dances featuring choreographed characteristics, techniques, rhythm and interpretive movement; observe and assess students’ dancing abilities to determine physical and artistic qualifications and limitations, and where improvement or change is needed; record dance movements and their technical aspects, using a technical understanding of the pattern and formations of choreography; choreograph and design Chinese classic dance for students, individual dancers and dance school, and direct and stage dance presentations for various forms of entertainment.
JOB REQUIREMENT: Bachelor degree in Chinese Classic Dance, or a closely related filed.
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday, Wednesday to Sunday
10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
40 hours per week.
SALARY:$84,405 per annum
